Raised in Durham, Kayla has shared her home with Labrador Retrievers her whole life. She loves caring for pets and has always had a passion for animals of all kinds – she even decorated her room in an elephant theme! Kayla received a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC Chapel Hill in 2020 and now works as a neurofeedback technician at MyBrainDr.

When she’s not working or walking dogs, you can find Kayla running through trails in Chapel Hill or indulging in one of her favorite hobbies, watching horror movies with her pup, Huck.
